Our mission is simple: Create delicious protein bars that give you the nutrition you need with the essential real food ingredients your body can process.  This means each bar is made with 5 real food ingredients or less. Almonds & Almond Butter

Almonds are widely recognized for their multiple health and nutritional properties.  Oh… and they TASTE DELICIOUS!

We use only the best California Grown Almonds and our Almond Butter is specially made with zero added ingredients or oils.

 

Honey

As one of the founding ingredients in our Almond Honey Protein Bar, Honey has a special place at Rise Bar.  Not only does the honey provide a naturally sweet flavor but it also acts as a binding agent for our recipe.  Each bar contains less than 1 tablespoon of honey – the only sweetener we need.

Honey is also reported to have multiple health benefits like increased energy and immunity.

Whey Protein Isolate

Our Almond Honey, Snicker Doodle, & Chocolatey Almond use high-quality Whey Protein Isolate sourced from California Cows.

Whey Protein Isolate is considered a complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids and is low in lactose content.

Cacao Powder

Cacao is the purest form of chocolate you can consume. It is unrefined, unsweetened and contains many reported health benefits and antioxidants not found in cocoa and chocolate.

Most forms of cocoa and chocolate have added sugar, soy or other ingredients.  We always keep it simple.

Coconut Nectar

For our Vegan Protein Bars, Lemon Cashew, Chocolatey Coconut & Sunflower Cinnamon, we use Coconut Nectar as a substitute for Honey.  This wonderfully natural ingredient has it’s own list of reported nutritional and health benefits along with a great taste that both Vegans and Non-Vegans enjoy.

Pea Protein Isolate

This plant-based protein is loaded with healthy amino acids and has one of the highest protein concentrations of any plant protein source.  Pea protein in our Chocolatey Coconut and Sunflower Cinnamon bars.

Cashews & Cashew Butter

Did you know that cashews are actually the seed of the Cashew Apple that grows on a tropical evergreen? Cashews are loaded with heart healthy monounsaturated fats along with a host of vitamins and minerals.

We use cashews and cashew butter in our Chocolatey Coconut Protein Bar. This combination gives the perfect balance of soft and crunchy textures.

Carob Powder

Carob is a naturally sweet alternative to chocolate that is high in fiber, antioxidants and is caffeine free. Carob grows in pods like a pea on an evergreen tree. The pods are ground into a carob powder that we mix into our Chocolatey Almond and Chocolatey Coconut Protein Bars to give them the perfect brownie-like taste.

Cinnamon

We use just a touch of cinnamon in our Snicker Doodle and Sunflower Cinnamon Protein Bars for an extra bit of flavor and sweetness. Cinnamon is loaded with antioxidants and has numerous health benefits.

Sunflower Butter

This great tasting butter is made from only ground sunflower seeds and contains more Zinc, Iron and Vitamin E than Peanut Butter. Available in our Nut-Free Sunflower Cinnamon Protein Bar.
