When you know you love something, stick with it. Marry it. My first Rise bar (almond honey) several years ago was memorable. Never before had I deemed any protein bar "perfect", but this was close. My only original small gripe was the 14g of sugars, albeit natural, so I decided to look elsewhere for a year, only to find every single bar to be a tier below. They were either to science-y, sugary, or gritty. Finally returned to Rise and will never leave again. There is enough fiber to offset the sugar so no more false worries there. Couldn't have picked a better short list of ingredients, honestly.

I love these bars. Eat one everyday before an early morning workout. Lately though, when I order direct from you the bars are hard, crumbly, taste too sweet. They are also inconsistent in weight to what is stated on the package. As a weight lifter I measure all my protein per day and now I’m wondering if these bars are still 20g protein even when smaller or sweeter than what is stated on the package. I hope this is just a fluke and bars will get back to normal.

I’ve been ordering them bi-monthly for several years. My only complaint is that occasionally- last month was an example — they come slightly dried out, which I assume is due to age. It’s a serious problem and I assume a known one. If it persists or becomes worse I would probably stop ordering. Happily , the usually come fresh.
