2. Add ½ of a bag of granola, 3 chopped Rise Bars, and ghee to a food processor and blend until combined. Press into an 8x8 square pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Place in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes.

4. Grab your frozen crust from the freezer and spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust. Place it back in the freezer for at least an hour. Let thaw for 5-10 minutes before cutting/serving.
