Not only does it keep you feeling full longer due to its high protein content, but it also gives you the energy needed to power through a long day. Here's the mix:
1 scoop Plant Based Protein Powder
1/2 C Almond Milk
5 Strawberries
Shredded Coconut
Handful of Blueberries
1 Sunflower Cinnamon Rise Bar
Sprinkle of Cocoa Nibs

Steps:
1. Blend together plant based protein powder of your choice, almond milk, and strawberries.
2. Top with shredded coconut, blueberries, cocoa nibs, and a Sunflower Cinnamon Rise Bar.
3. Enjoy! It doesn't get much simpler than that!
