Rise to the occasion with @livelovelibraa's amazing Cinnamon Rise Blondies!
Ingredients:
1 cup GF Oat Flour (Bobs Red Mill GF rolled oats blended)
1 cup Bobs Red Mill Almond Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 Chopped Sunflower Cinnamon Rise Bar
4 Flax Egg (4 tbsp flax meal and ½ cup and 2 tbsp water soaked 10 min)
¼ cup Almond Butter
½ cup Coconut Sugar
¼ cup Melted Coconut Oil
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
1. Mix 1 cup GF oat flour (blended Bobs Red Mill GF rolled oats), 1 cup Bobs Red Mill almond flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp cinnamon, and 2 chopped sunflower cinnamon Rise Bars in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together 4 flax egg (4 tbsp flax meal and ½ cup and 2 tbsp water soaked 10 min), ¼ cup almond butter, ½ cup coconut sugar, ¼ cup melted coconut oil, ¼ cup maple syrup, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract.
3. Mix together the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until well combined.
4. Pour onto a greased 8” x 5” pan.
5. Bake for 25 min at 350F. Let sit for 2 hours before cutting and store in fridge for a week.
