Summer Salad Ingredients:
  1. Grilled seasoned chicken
  2. Pomegranates
  3. Spinach
  4. Lemon juice
  5. Extra-Virgin olive oil
Directions:
  • In a large salad bowl, mix in your seasoned chicken, pomegranates, spinach, lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil and enjoy!

Yogurt Bowl Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of your favorite Greek or Icelandic yogurt
  2. ½ cup of sliced sliced strawberries
  3. ¼ cup of dry oatmeal
Directions:
  • Scoop yogurt into the bowl
  • Slice strawberries and place in yogurt bowl
  • Sprinkle ¼ cup of dried oatmeal on-top

Breakfast Smoothie   Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup of almond butter
  • 1 serving of your favorite vanilla protein powder
Directions:
  • Throw all the ingredients into a blender & enjoy!
